ok, this partially solve the problem, I've the icons back but they are not the one I had and I don't like these ones. Looking at the index.theme I've discovered that the CrystalSVG them has a fallback to hicolor Inherits=hicolor so the problem probably is in hicolor, do you have any suggestion about how to have this inheritance link working?
