As I said before, there was a bug in kf5-kiconthemes previously where breez/oxygen (one or both?) would erroneously implicitly get used as a fallback theme... but that was fixed.
Uhm, ok, so how can I solve that? Googling around I found that ubuntu has a way to specify a fallback icon theme but I can't find anything like that under Fedora. And why to move to oxygen didn't solve the issue?
