I've been getting this message on and off for days since I've enable the repo:
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'kde-unstable', disabling.
If I keep trying, it eventually works, but then next time I do an update, I see the message
again. It is consistently inconsistent.
I thought it was a dnf bug, but then found this thread... now not sure...
