Yet another two weird issues:
1. kwin decoration no longer use the KDE color theme.
Breeze is always bright blue, oxygen is always off-white.
2. plasma completely lost all transparency effects (OpenGL is working
as intended, kwin configured to use OpenGL 3.1).
