IMHO it should be unpushed and not resubmitted until upstream gets it identified and resolved
it should never have been pushed to updates-testing *4 days* after the koji build was finished and a bugreport filed and i am tired as one who has updates-testing on all the time type "--exclude=xorg\*" to not render my machine unusable
