I'm not sure if it is filed as a bug report somewhere, but it is
"known" issue, after restart everything should be fine again.
As a workaround you can try right click on the desktop and use "Leave*"
option(s) from there (if I remember correctly that worked for me).

Ironically, when logging out, abrt popped up saying that Konsole crashed. </shaking_head>
And after re-login my konsoles are started again but on wrong virtual desktop. </shaking_head_again>
