How much work and what should be done in order to use gnusim8085 to interact with GTKWave, so that one, who has developed VHDL or Verilog code, simulated and viewing GTKWave, can use gnusim8085 (coupled with GTKWave) to debug the RTL. For me, it's the software guy who would write codes with gnusim8085. The hardware guy would have assembly test cases to run on after any RTL code change. I know this is possible with Modelsim (thanks to its TCL backend :) ), but how far are we to make this possible ?
