Well, that was just eyeballing the github status and from some zulip pages. In retrospect, it's really not an easy thing to say without being involved in both communities... I mean I have no idea where matrix work is going on (outside commits, which is probibly a poor measure). Matrix definitely has advantages over IRC, but I kind of feel like it's not gone far enough... the zulip threading seems like a step up over that. (Of course I have not used zulip day to day either). Anyhow, I'll see about setting up some demo or proof of concept and invite folks to take a look when time permits. kevin
