I don't really want to emphasize anything for or against my own ideas, I simply wanted to suggest there is a whole lot of space for empowering people rather than putting limits on people. I'm sure other people may have ideas that are more relevant. That is not a criticism of the policy or the existing efforts people are making. My suggestion to allow time for wider consultation was not an attempt to make it go away, quite the opposite, I feel that it is important to talk about how communications works in any community. Having that discussion too quickly doesn't do it justice.
