Yes, exactly.

"Wow, person $FOO does so much great stuff, basically in their spare time and with no managerial oversight. Let's make it so this person can do that full time, and also give them a bit more guidance/help than before, and the results should be incredible."

And that's what it will be everytime Red Hat fills a job with someone from the Fedora community -- and we will continue to do so a little bit at a time.
