Hi all, Up to and including kernel 2.6.29 (which had alsa-1.0.18a) my speakers connected to the line-out jack could directly play music from an audio source connected to the line-in jack without any user programs being involved. Starting with 2.6.30-rc1 this no longer works and I have to use something like "arecord | aplay" instead (this leads me to believe my capture sources are set up correctly). How can I restore the pass-through functionality on more recent kernels? I am using an Intel ICH9-based board with HD audio and an ALC268 codec. ALSA device list: #0: HDA Intel at 0x50520000 irq 22 Please let me know what other information I should provide to help solve this issue.
