It's misdetected as a Fastlane.  This should not happen; please show
the contents of your /proc/bus/usb/devices.

The M-Audio Midisport 8x8, the Emagic Unitor8 and AMT8, and the Roland
UM-880 have been discontinued; you might find a used one.
