Hi, I'm quite frustrated with enabling surround 5.1 on my system (Ubuntu 6.10). speaker-test -c6 -Dplug:surround51 makes strange things here. Front left and front right play on the correct speakers. But rear right is played on the subwoofer and rear left on the center speaker. Both center and LFE tests aren't playing anywhere. I really don't have any idea what to do, I spent lots of time in different web forums and irc channels but without success so far :( Adam Here's some data: $ more /proc/asound/cards 0 [V8235 ]: VIA8233 -
