What would prevent the VBE module from loading? I've got a XGI card which only works in "vesa" mode at the moment. I've looked around but cna't find much on VBE. What is it? (I assume Vesa Bios Extensions?) Do I need a kernel with the xgi module (I tried that, I don't think it had an effect) I have a dell 2400 with an onboard i810, but the bios has it it set to auto (there is no "off" option!), and it uses the XGI card, but the mkfs86config program only configures the i810. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
