I'm using ICE (icewm).

I was able to get it to work on the other screen by setting the DISPLAY variable before starting X.
I was also able to get it to work on both screens if I started icewm- session in the background and then changed the DISPLAY variable to the other screen and then started another icewm-session. This is fine for me, but I'm curious if this is the best way to do it.

I have two monitors configured in XF86Config as Screen 0 and Screen 1.
Screen 0 is my left monitor.
I can't right click and bring up my menu on my right montior (Screen 1).
It works on my left monitor but when I move the mouse over to the right
monitor, it changes from an arrow pointer to an X pointer and the right
click doesn't bring up the menu.

What window manager are you using? This is a function of the window manager.
