I am using X version 4.3.0 on Linux kernel version 2.4.10-1. I am trying to get a LCD display working, and am running into problems with X. When I start X windows, the LCD display goes blank. When I exit X, my LCD display comes back. I have checked, and my kernel was built without APM_DISPLAY_BLANK set. The display is 6 1/2" diagonal and the resolution is 640x480.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? What can I do to further diagnose this problem?
