My Voodoo3 2000 eats my characters!

    Hi all :))

When switching to a virtual console from X in my Linux box,
sometimes some characters are missing, damaged, etc. I need to
reinstall the console font :( I've searched the mailing list archive
and I've only found a couple of messages, and unfortunately the card
name was not specified, so I don't know if this is a known issue :?

Do I need to change any BIOS setting, tweaking the X
configuration, change anything in my kernel config, etc.?

    My X are 4.3.0, in a Linux 2.4.26 box, using a 3Dfx Voodoo3 2000
AGP card. If you need more info, just tell.

    Thanks in advance.
