Good morning, long ago, (and today) I googled for information about Tv-out support in the i810 driver for the 855G intel card. Once and again I was directed to: http://www.tjansen.de/xfree-features/ And well it has a link to list of details about that driver that is not there anymore, but I had once read and that what it said (as I remember it) is that support was available in some commercial drivers (XiG, LG platinum). I wanted to know if the current driver (XFree86 Version 4.3.0.1, 15 August, I810: Chipset 852GM/855GM) supports it, and how could I use it with "mplayer" (sorry about my ignorance). The XFree86 log says: (II) I810(0): Display Info: CRT: attached: FALSE, present: TRUE, size: (800,600) (II) I810(0): Display Info: TV: attached: FALSE, present: TRUE, size: (800,600) (II) I810(0): Display Info: DFP (digital flat panel): attached: FALSE, present: FALSE, size: (0,0) (II) I810(0): Display Info: LFP (local flat panel): attached: TRUE, present: TRUE, size: (1024,768) (II) I810(0): Display Info: TV2 (second TV): attached: FALSE, present: FALSE, size: (0,0) (II) I810(0): Display Info: DFP2 (second digital flat panel): attached: FALSE, present: FALSE, size: (0,0) (II) I810(0): Size of device LFP (local flat panel) is 1024 x 768 (II) I810(0): No active displays on Pipe A. (II) I810(0): Currently active displays on Pipe B: (II) I810(0): LFP (local flat panel) (II) I810(0): Lowest common panel size for pipe B is 1024 x 768 Well.... any help??? thanks a lot!
