Hi, My current project requires GB18030 for a xim program called xcin. Right
now, when I run the program, it will show me “X local zh_CN.GB18030 not
supported by your system” error My current environment is :
mandrake 8.2 I have downloaded the latest xfree86 and install it, however the /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/zh_CN.GB18030 is
still missing. My question: 1. do I need to install more
component to have GB18030 support 2. what is the file XI18N_OBJS and
its format and XLC_LOCALE, I could not find any detailed doc referring to these
two files. 3. do you have any procedure file
on how to support GB18030 for X locale I will appreciate if you could give me some advices. Thanks
