can't find keymapping file

I am trying to use XFree86/XDarwin.  I don't have any keymapping files 
under /System/Library/Keyboards.  In fact, there is no directory 
"Keyboards" under /System/Library.  I am running OSX 10.3.4.

Is there somewhere else where these files are found, or where can I get 
them?
