Never mind... I figured it out.

The Mandrake installer did not install all of the XFree86 packages. I
manually installed them from the command line, and now X works.

Thanks.

Subject: Can't run X

Hello

I can't run the command startx (bash: startx: command not found)

When I try to run X, the server crashes. Here's the information the website
said to attach.

1. Copy of my XFree86 log file
2. XF86Config file
3. XFree 86 version:
      4.3.0, 9 May 2003, X Protocol version 11, revision 0, Release 6.6
4. Operating system: Linux 2.4.22-10mdk (Linux Mandrake 9.2)
5. Video hardware: Intel i810 integrated video

Help, I can only get command line linux :(

thanks in advance.
