It's more likely it's not set up at all. :) It attempts to use 
the /etc/X11/Xwrapper.config file, which apparently does not exist or is not 
accessible by the user that tries to start X.

You might want to check if there's a proper configuration file anywhere 
(probably in /etc/X11/), and to copy it to the above mentioned name. If there 
is no such file, use the X configuration tools provided by your distribution 
to set one up.
