Your main (possibly not only) problem is that you specify VertRefresh 10 nothing will work
properly with that 60 for a LCD would be OK
I tried to clean you XF86Config as follows below.
I looked at http://www.linux-laptop.net  one of the best place for info but the links for the
1530D lead nowhere. you may also want to check the one for the 1540D:

BUT would have to remove the higher resolution from the mode lines otherwise you will get a window
on a large screen
remove the virtual screens everywhere if you want your peace...
