I'm running FreeBSD 4.7 and XFree86
4.2.1.
I have the Intel i810 graphics controller and
cannot get X to run. I have installed the AGPGART module
like so:
I added to the file /boot/loader.conf the line
agp_load = "YES"
and then I did the following
cd /dev
sh MAKEDEV agpgart
When I test my XF86Config file, I get a blank
screen (with the monitor shutting down) and have no choice but to reboot the
machine.
I have included my XFree86Config.new file as well
as the log file.
I would really appreciate any help at
all.
