Help configuring X windows

I recently loaded RedHat Linux 7.1 on an old NEC Ready 7022 which was
free. It wouldn't load at all until I did a text install, which I'm not
that unhappy with (I like text interfaces) but I do need graphics for some
things, and no matter how I run Xconfigurator I can't get it to run
because it doesn't like the clock speed. My monitors are either a Compaq
Presario 150 or a Unisys EVG 300 Col. Regardless of which I run the error
messages are the same. Here is an example output file, done after I
purged my config file of the options (noaccel, SWCursor) suggested in
README.apm (it's a 6422 graphics chip set) which seem to
have no effect at all.
