XFree86 4.2.0 is not completely compatible with Jaguar. In particular 
xterm crashes, which causes the X server to exit. You will need to 
upgrade to XFree86 4.2.0.1, which can be downloaded from the XonX 
project's download pages <http://sourceforge.net/projects/xonx/>. 
Make sure you download XFree86_4.2.0.1-10.2.zip, which is intended 
for Mac OS X 10.2.

The prebinding warnings are harmless. The X binaries were never 
prebound and fix_prebinding can't do anything about it.
