There are 2 rpm's at the nvidia site, one for kernel and one for GLX. After installing them you need to hand edit the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file. There are instructions at nvidia's site. And do not use XFdrake or anything when using nvidia drivers, do any changes needed by editing the config by hand.
