graphics with a Fuji-Siem C1010 Laptop

Hi. I'm not a newbie, I would define myself the most "snooker" newbie in the
world, so my silly question is:

I have installed Debian 3.0 on my laptop Fujitsu-Siemens C1010... It works
where Red Hat didn't: I can run startx but the graphics is orrible and the
mouse pointer simply point in an area where the mouse don't work (a bit up
and on the left) and it seems to move only in a portion of the screen...

I'm asking if the problem is the driver for the graphics board. My laptop
has a S3 ProSavage4... could it be the problem?

Thanks for your help
