We did all our setup confriguration in the install manager with FREEBSD 
and had no problems at all©
We let it probe the video card, we told it what kind of monitor we had, 
and it loads and runs just fine like that©
Haven't needed to use Xconfigurator©
The mouse is rather syrupy though, heard someone else complain about 
that as well©
