--=====================_47935577==_.ALT Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello, I am having the same exact issues as below with starting X on a new= =20 FreeBSD install. I was wondering if you could let me know if there was a=20 resolution to this error. Thanks Hi! I sent the attached data (below) to XFree86@XFree86.Org, but after reading their response I feel uncertain that I'll get a response. I'm running FreeBSD on an i386. When I tried to set up XFree86, it seemed successful. But when i tried to run startx, I got a fatal server error. (EE) Unable to locate/open config file (EE) error from xf86HandleConfigFile() I'm stumped. Can anyone tell me what to do now? BTW, I found that someone got the same error I did (http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-setup@linux.or.id/msg29463.html), and his e-mail got a response too. But I can't figure out in what language the letter or response are written. That might be my answer! Can anyone help me with (I think) a Slavic language? Thanks!
