I must also mention that I looked this article: http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/246/using-fastcgi-to-host-php-applications-on-iis-70/ And could not install the update for fastcgi or the administration tools, as stated earlier in this post.

This is my first PHP program

I have removed and re-installed php a couple of time to try and get this working but I don’t see any duplicate configurations if that is what you mean.
