Are you slightly dyslexic? I said I don't need help on how to use the MSVC compiler, i.e. click Set Active Configuration and Rebuild All. I only had to bring that point up because YOU first asked if my compiler did not have proper documentation on how to compile. What I want is for someone to give instructions as to where to put specific versions of the required libraries so as to bring about the compilation of the php_gd2.dll file.
