I just downloaded Wine and winebottler, and downloaded from the DDO site the file (ddostandard.exe).
If you are using WineBottler you have to ask for assistance on Mike
Kronenberg's WineBottler site.
However, you can try MacPorts, Fink or as suggested, WineSkin.
Also, please visit the Applications Database for how-to information on
running DDO on a Mac.
