You could install X11 from either Fink or Macports and then build Darwine using them. I have no use at this time for OpenGL as none of the programs I run uses it. I use Fink for my ported software and additionally recommend visiting the Fink web site for more information.

Darwine is not available as a Fink package. Darwine is not really compatible with Fink, as it messes with freetype-config, and that screws up X11 for some Fink packages. I found this out the hard way:
