Everything looks good to me, so I don't know what else to look at except
to try another app. Wine's notepad can select a printer and print...
okay, well it prints poorly, but it does print. If that also crashes
when you try to select a printer, then at least one more variable is
eliminated. Seems to me like a quick and easy test...
