A few changes submitted before, there was silence so I'm sending them again. 1) CVS is used by the open source community, not by the freeware one (Remember freeware is proprietary) 2) We only have 2 cvs server, so we might as well admit it until we don't get some more 3) Add information on downloading wine via cvs using the EU server, so EU users can download from rhlx01.fht-esslingen.de using copy paste, just like US users can do with cvs.winehq.com, this will avoid overloads on cvs.winehq.com (I've ben told that rhlx01 has lots of cpu power and bandwidth), and will allow users to get a faster download if they're nearer to rhlx01 than to cvs.winehq, also all user can use it during the downtimes of winehq.
