Yes, you are wrong here. Quicken use dot for decimal separator.

I still do not know where is my source directory because I got wine from .rpm 
package.
Anyway when I try to follow your advice (regedit winedefault.reg) I got this:
vpista@Sonyka:~/.wine> regedit winedefault.reg
Wine already configured, run 'winesetup' to reconfigure.
regedit: Can't open file "winedefault.reg"

Maybe I do not need winedefault.reg at all? :((
