Dear volcanology community,

This is a reminder that the deadline for participation in the survey â??*COVID-19
impacts on volcanology researchersâ??* is *8 March 2023 (Wed)*.

The survey is designed to gather the experience of volcanology researchers
during COVID-19 pandemic that will help us better understand the benefits,
challenges, and longer-term impacts faced by volcanology researchers during
the pandemic, and to suggest good practices to help mitigate the
longer-term impacts of COVID-19 on volcanology researchers, and to maintain
positive changes that followed the pandemic.

The survey will take approximately 12-20 minutes to complete. We invite
researchers of *any country* working towards a postgraduate degree or
having completed a research dissertation in the field of volcanology, who
were working in *academic or non-academic positions related to
volcanology* during
the COVID-19 pandemic. If you decide to take part, you will be asked to
indicate that you consent to your anonymous data being used in this study.
Your responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. If you change your
mind about taking part, you can withdraw from the survey by closing the
browser page.

Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated and will help us
to better understand the impact of COVID-19 on the volcanology research
community. The survey link is provided below:
