1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 From: Bachmann Olivier <olivier.bachmann@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Dear VGP community, Please note that the deadline for submitting a proposal for a session for the Fall meeting 2021 (13-17 December 2021) is coming soon *(14th of April)* . *Proposals that showcase, promote and accelerate Earth and space sciences to benefit humanity and leverage an online and in-person meeting experience are strongly encouraged.* We recommend proposals (i.e., general scientific sessions <https://www.agu.org/Fall-Meeting/Pages/Present/Proposals#GENERAL>, Union & special sessions <https://www.agu.org/Fall-Meeting/Pages/Present/Proposals#UNION>, town halls <https://www.agu.org/Fall-Meeting/Pages/Present/Proposals#TOWNHALLS> and scientific workshops <https://www.agu.org/Fall-Meeting/Pages/Present/Proposals#SCIENTIFICWORKSHOPS>) with diverse groups of conveners and session chairs who can work together to broaden participation. General sessions can also be collaborative across AGU sections.
