Classes begin March 26, and final grades are due June 11. This lecturer will teach up to 3 general education classes (some combination of 2 sections of Introduction to Geology and 1 section of Earthâ??s Changing Surface, depending on enrollment). We are looking for a dynamic instructor who can engage a diversity of students in these introductory geology classes, which are part of CWUâ??s general education program and are also the gateway to the BA and BS majors in our department. Minimum requirements include a MS degree in geology or a related field, and enthusiasm to teach at the introductory level. Previous teaching or teaching assistant experience is welcome.
