Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to participate in the CoV10 session “Hazard assessment of pyroclastic density currents and lahars: current capabilities and new strategies for comprehensive uncertainty quantification” (https://www.citiesonvolcanoes10.com/s1-36/), where we will try to engage the volcanological community in conversations about how to quantify volcanic hazard of such dangerous phenomena, including the related uncertainties.

We are delighted to announce Dr Eliza Calder, from the University of Edinburgh, as our keynote speaker.

Abstract submission ends on 10th May 2018.

Looking forward to seeing all you in Napoli.

A presto,
Pablo Tierz, Andrea Bevilacqua, Stuart Mead, Fabio Dioguardi, Elaine Spiller, Laura Sandri
