Dear Volcano List,

 

BGS are advertising for a volcano-related PhD based at the Lyell Centre, Edinburgh, to look at global rates of volcanic activity. The PhD will be supervised by Dr. Sam Engwell at the British Geological Survey, and Professors Gabriel Lord and Gavin Gibson within the Mathematics dept. at Heriot Watt University.
