Although several of the field trips surrounding IAVCEI 2017 filled, and field trip registration was closed on June 1, we still have a few spaces available on post-meeting trip C3, a volcanic transect of the Pacific Northwest. On this trip, you will see incredibly diverse volcanic features: flood basalts, Quaternary basaltic lavas, ignimbrite, rhyolitic lava, Mt. Mazama’s caldera, maars, Newberry caldera, and a solar eclipse. The cost is $500, which includes double occupancy rooms and most meals.

If you are interested, please notify dgeist@xxxxxxxxxx as soon as possible. You will then be notified how to register (which is currently not available on the website).
