Dear Colleagues,
Are you a student who is planning to attend the 2017 IAVCEI Scientific Assembly in Portland, Oregon, this August? Would you like to earn a reduction (provided as a refund) in the conference registration fee in return for on-site volunteer work? If so, read on!
The 2017 IAVCEI Scientific Assembly is in need of about 30 student volunteers to help with such duties as providing audio-visual support in meeting rooms and staffing registration and information desks. Students who are willing to volunteer for 8 hours will receive a 50% refund of their registration, to be processed after the end of the conference.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please send an _expression_ of interest to 2017conf@xxxxxxx. Include your name, affiliation, and abstract title in the email. We cannot guarantee that all volunteer applications will be accepted.
