Subject: Looming deadline for IAVCEI 2017 field trip and workshop registration

Thursday, June 1, is the deadline to register for field trips and workshops associated with the IAVCEI 2017 scientific assembly in Portland. Unless a field trip or workshop is specifically noted as being full or closed (see iavcei2017.org), one may assume that a given trip or workshop still has capacity for additional registrants. After June 1, registration may be possible on a case-by-case basis at the leader's discretion. However, several field trips must finalize their participant count shortly after June 1 and there is no guarantee that registration after June 1 will be possible. Registrants in trips and workshops having insufficient enrollment after June 1 will be notified and offered the ability to enroll in another having remaining capacity, or provided a refund.
If there is a trip or workshop of interest to you and you have not yet registered, please do so immediately.
