Dear Colleagues and Friends,
We are delighted to invite
abstract submissions to the AGU FM 2015 session PA010: How science can
support countries, governments and the public in disaster risk reduction
in line with the UN Sendai Framework. https://agu.confex.com/agu/fm15/preliminaryview.cgi/Session7726.html
How should producers and
users of disaster relevant science and technology work together to
improve uptake and use? What research should be prioritized to progress
resilience to disasters? The goal of this session
is to raise awareness of the research and scientific community’s
opportunity to contribute to global disaster resilience, by highlighting
the role of science, technology & practice in disaster risk
reduction.
**Please note that first author abstract submission to PA sessions can be made in addition
to abstract submissions to other sessions. First
