As part of the PhD Program  “Internal Dynamics of Volcanic Systems and Hydrogeological-Environmental Risks (Dinamica Interna dei Sistemi Vulcanici e Rischi Idrogeologico-Ambientali)” (Coordinator: Prof. B. De Vivo), at the University of Naples Federico II, and in collaboration with the "Scuola di Dottorato in Scienze Chimiche Geologiche e Ambientali" at the  University of Milan Bicocca we announce the:

 

9th Annual Short Course

“Fluids in the Earth”

 

to be held in Naples, Italy, at the Department of Earth, Environmental and Resource Sciences (DiSTAR), University of Naples Federico II, October 19th–24th, 2015.

 

Lectures will be given by Robert J. Bodnar (Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA), Leonid V. Danyushevsky (Tasmania University, Hobart, Australia), Maria Luce Frezzotti (University of Milan Bicocca, Italy), Benedetto De Vivo (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) and James D. Webster (American Museum of Natural History, New York, USA).

 

No registration fees are required. Attendees will only be charged for a bound copy of the course lecture notes (about €50) and costs for transportation and entrance tickets for the field trip (about €30).
