Dear all,

with a small group, we stayed at Colima volcano during 22-28 Feb and took two overflights for detailed views of the summit on 27 and 28 Feb.
During the time of our stay, the volcano was relatively active, with frequent small to moderately large explosions (ash plumes up to approx. 3 km) from two principal vents in the summit crater, where the lava dome had disappeared due to the recent explosions.
