I would like to draw your attention to a special session on the recent Bárdarbunga episode: GMPV6.1 The 2014 Bárdarbunga rifting event and associated volcanic eruption, which will be held during the General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union (EGU) in Vienna 12-17 April 2015.

The aim of the session is to attract research, monitoring, modeling
and hazard assessment contributions on
the Bárdarbunga/Holuhraun eruption in all fields of Earth science.
Please consider contributing your EGU presentations to the session.
The deadline for the abstract submission is 7 January 2015 at 13:00 CET.
