Competition NERC-funded PhD studentship available at Lancaster
University, UK
Dear Colleagues,
A three year NERC-funded studentship is available for UK/EU
applicants at the Lancaster Environment Centre, Lancaster University
in the UK studying 'The Dispersal of Volcanic Pollutants in the
Atmosphere'. We are looking for a gifted and ambitious, numerate
scientist with an MSc or BSc (Honours) degree in atmospheric science,
geophysics, physics, volcanology, earth science, computing, chemistry,
environmental science or related subject, and outstanding letters of
reference. This project is supervised by Dr Jennie Gilbert, Dr
Oliver Wild and Dr Anne-Marlene Blechschmidt. Further details of
